Our Support Workers are available every weekday afternoon to give you free and confidential professional information on sexual health.

You don't need an appointment, just drop in for:

- C-Cards and condom supply (Harwich only)
- Chlamydia testing (Harwich only)
- Support and information

Where else can I get help?

Local pharmacies can offer chlamydia testing, emergency contraception and the C-Card Scheme.

We are unable to offer the morning after pill or the injection and would recommend you contact your GP or visit one of the following clinics for these types of services:
