What we offer

We provide early interventions that help to improve emotional wellbeing for young people aged 11-25 years and families.

We don’t have a fixed criteria and if we can’t help, we will help to find a service who can.

Part of our work is to provide the time for young people and families to take a lead on what they want to change, and be able to talk through their concerns.

We are not counsellors but our staff have appropriate training and use a range of strategies in supporting young people and families.

What we offer

Referrals

We welcome referrals from professionals. We try to make it as easy as possible for everyone to engage with our service. We aim to step in before higher tier services are needed.

Why Make A Referral?

If a young person or their family are struggling to cope with day to day issues
They need a safe space to talk and share a problem
A place that agencies can transition to when families still need that extra support
Finding it hard to attend school
Exam stress
Negative behaviours
Struggling with anxiety or worries

If you are making a referral, please ensure that you have permission to share all personal details

Professional Meetings

We often work with young people who fail to engage with statutory agencies. We can attend professional meetings including safeguarding meetings. However, this may only be possible subject to staff availability and resources.

Alongside the support we can provide for your students and families, we also offer your school the following workshops:
